"I took my 12 year old Bichon Frise Ollie to Ludmila's home, first for day care 10 days ago (so he could become acclimatised) , and then he stayed there for 3 nights last week.
She made Ollie so welcome and made every effort to support and care for him . I cannot overstate how accomodating and kind she and her partner Leo were to him.
Ollie was completely at ease in her company and home. She even slept on the sofa with him to keep him reassured.
I have always felt a little guilty leaving him with other dog minders in the past when going on holiday etc but not this time.
She spent some time finding out about his likes and dislikes and made every effort to make him comfortable.She also sent regular text updates and photos of him via the Pawshake website.
Ludmila's lovely home has a rear garden and in front of the house is a grassed area adjacent to ,but sealed off from ,the Greenway in Blackrock.
I can thoroughly recommend Ludmila as a dog carer and will definitely rebook Ollie for day and boarding care in the future."

"My mother's dogs had such a great time. It was a lovely exchange with Carlos every time by text or calling and he send a video to us of the dogs running around playing football which relieved my mother from any stress. I would recommend him and contact him if back in Cork on holidays.

"I highly recommend Marley for anybody seeking boarding or pet sitters. Marley is a real dog lover and could not have been more helpful. My dog Frasier settled into the Marley's house immediately and mixed very well with Marley's 2 friendly playful Labradors. Frasier received daily walks and we got picture updates over his stay. We will definitely use Marley's pet sitting again with the peace of mind Frasier is very well taken care of. "

She is like the original dog whisperer. Our dog Poppy can be nervous, but Vanessa knew just how to win her heart and make her feel right at home. She played with her and walked her so regularly, and kept us constantly updated with photos and videos so we could always know that Poppy was well and happy.

"Rafaela looked after our dog, Cooper, while we were on holiday for a week, and she was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure Cooper was happy, comfortable and well cared for. He was absolutely spoiled with walks, attention and affection. We came home to a happy, relaxed dog and it was clear how much love and attention She'd given him. "Eimear had my lurcher Luna for over two weeks while I was away. Luna has a couple of medical conditions & I was very anxious about leaving her so long. Her dry eyes mean she needs drops applied throughout the day & issues with her back legs also needed medication. To ease her in I booked Luna in for a couple of day sessions first so she would feel more at home & she really enjoyed them. Throughout my holiday Eimear sent me updates & pictures of how everything was going and answered any of my questions within minutes. When I collected Luna she was happy & actually looked healthier than when I’d left her. You could tell she’d been well looked after and hadn’t been stressed at all while I was away. In fact I think she missed Eimear & the other dogs when I brought her home. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Eimear and will definitely book Luna in again if I am ever going away knowing how happy she was. She really cares for the dogs and goes out of her way to make sure they are loved & at home. Thank you so much for minding my fur baby like she was your own. Xxx"

"Mike was a fantastic dog sitter. He took such good care of my dog Pixie. As a rescue dog she can be a challenge but Mike was well able to adjust to her needs. He kept me regularly updated on how she was getting on which put me at ease. Mike's dog Missy is such a sweet dog and is very good with other dogs. "It was our first time leaving our rescue and we didn't want to put him in kennels. Bob & Avril invited us to a Meet & Greet for the dogs to get to know each other and to have a chat through everything. They are very knowledgeable and work with rescue dogs, so it was an easy decision for us after meeting them. They provided exceptional care to our dog, kept him active and sent daily updates on WhatsApp. They treated him like one of their own. What we most valued is how honest they are. They let us know that he had a few unsettled nights but they went above and beyond to ensure he was looked after. We have no hesitation in recommending Bob & Avril. A 5 star service and a wonderful home environment for your dog."
