He looked after my Black Russian Terrier for four days, ensuring my pet felt comfortable and cared for in every possible way. When my flight was cancelled due to the recent storm, Jhon went above and beyond to accommodate the situation, extending his care without hesitation and easing my worries during an already stressful time.
Throughout the entire period, Jhon was always contactable whenever I needed an update or had a question. "Masha is the perfect pet sitter! She is friendly, warm , a real animal lover and our dog Judy took a shine to her straight away. She was quick to communicate, easy to make arrangements with and took great care of our dog, who was happy and clearly well looked after upon her return. "We had a wonderful experience with Bruna and Leon who have recently looked after our Bailey for four days.
They arranged a meet and greet beforehand, which really helped Bailey to get familiar with them, as she's quite an anxious dog.
She had a great time with plenty of walks, runs, and lots of love. We received regular photo and video updates throughout her stay, which gave us great peace of mind.
They were also very accommodating and easygoing. We needed to pick Bailey up in the middle of the night due to my travel schedule, and they were more than happy to make that work. When we picked Bailey up she was happy and you could clearly tell she was well loved and cared for. We highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you Bruna and Leon!🙂"
