"I highly recommend Carol! She provided exceptional care for my Penny while I was away, is evident love for animals made me feel reassured. She provided regular updates, with photos and videos, which brought me comfort and security during my travel. It was clear that Penny was not only well cared for, but also loved and pampered as if she were a furry member of the family. I found Penny happy, healthy, and clearly contented from her time with Carol, and of course with Max and Jack đĽ°
