From the get-go, it was clear they genuinely cared for her, treating her like their own. Their regular updates and photos provided immense comfort as I knew she was in good hands. Ruby's instant connection with them spoke volumes, and it's clear she felt at ease in their care. Despite Ruby's quirks, Ken and Sneha handled her with grace and patience, making her feel like part of the family. When I picked Ruby up, she was in fantastic spirits, relaxed and genuinely happy.
