I've watched and taken care of people's dogs since I was around 16. I have two fur pups of my own back home in Spain and miss them dearly so being able to spend time with your dog or cat, I'd be so happy! 
Staying at the owners house, or even doing daily visits, following walking schedules, feeding times, lots of cuddles. I've cared for dogs and young as 1.5 years old, up to 15 years old. I'm able to care for older pets having experience with my late dog, Juno. The apartment has a lovely big park nearby, a balcony, and grass areas in the apartment complex! There is a vet a 7 minute walk from the apartments in case there is an emergency. 
I'm a college student studying interior architecture and design so I would be in classes from 10-1 on Tuesdays and Fridays. Mondays I don't have college, and Wednesdays and Thursdays I'm in college from 10-5 so I wouldn't be able to watch your pets unless they're able to be alone for at least 6 hours! 
Walks could be anywhere from 10-60 minutes depending on your dogs needs, if your dog is more energetic and an active breed, I would love to throw a ball or toy in the park nearby (if permission is granted) or long walks! If your dog is less active, a short walk daily, but plenty of enrichment (such as a folded towel with treats). 
I would be honored to spend time with your sweet angels and give them a lot of love!!

I have been living in Ireland for eight years andI miss having a buddy around so I found that being a pet sitter would be an amazing opportunity to have some time with the pet friends.&nbsp;During my first years here, I did some petsitting but then after the pandemic I changed my job and was not able to do dedicate time to the little ones anymore.&nbsp;I am working Monday to Friday 9/5 so I am available before or after my shifts and the whole weekend :)&nbsp;I am happy to discuss have a chat with you to understand better what you are looking for. What is your motivation to be a pet sitter?
I’ve always had a deep love and connection with animals, having grown up with a variety of pets, including cats, dogs, turtles, and hamsters. As a firefighter, I’ve participated in numerous animal rescues, which strengthened my compassion for animals and my ability to care for them in different situations. Pet sitting allows me to combine my love for animals with providing peace of mind to pet owners, ensuring their pets are safe, loved, and well-cared for while they’re away.

Do you have previous experience?
Yes, I have extensive experience caring for my own pets over the years and working with animals in rescue scenarios as part of my role as a firefighter. I understand how to meet the needs of different animals, whether they require exercise, medication, or just companionship.

Do you only take vaccinated pets into your home?
I don’t take pets into my home because I live in a shared house. Instead, I offer care in your home, ensuring your pets stay comfortable and secure in their familiar environment.

I'm from Dublin and a married father of 2 daughters aged 7 and 12, and a 2 and a half year old Bernadoodle named Heidi. I've used Pawshake several times over the past 2 years for Heidi and she has got on great every time. She is very sociable with both other dogs and humans including children. She has a lovely temperament and will not be of any issue sharing her space with your dog. My two daughters are all also very passionate about animals and particularly love playing with and meeting other dogs when we are out and about. I'm retired and a full time parent so I'm around all day to take care of your pet. I also worked in the racehorse industry in Kildare and North Yorkshire when I was younger as a stable hand, gaining some considerable experience and training at the time in animal husbandry. When I go out, Heidi comes everywhere with me in my car and so will your dog, so you can be sure&nbsp;that your dog will have plenty of company. On the other hand, if you have an old or quiet dog, Heidi is also very chilled at home so your pet can chill out too if desired! I take Heidi for walks in local parks twice a day; once in the morning and once at night and my daughter also takes her outside to play in the apartment complex. I also have a balcony where she can step outside whenever desired. I offer overnight boarding, 1 hour walks with collection and drop off if you live within 10km of me, and daycare too from Monday to Friday.&nbsp;
