Hello! I’m Deirdre, a friendly and experienced dog minder based in Mayfield, Cork City. I live with my two lovely children (ages 7 and 11) and our gentle, happy Bichon, Noah. We’re a warm, dog-loving family who genuinely enjoy welcoming small dogs into our home and daily routine.

Our house is calm, cosy, and full of love—with secure front and back gardens where your dog can explore safely, enjoy a sniff around, or soak up a bit of sunshine. Indoors, there’s always a comfy blanket, kind company, and plenty of attention from both humans and our four-legged host, Noah.

Whether it’s for daycare or an overnight stay, your dog will be treated like one of our own—with affection, playtime, and a home-from-home feel. I’m happy to follow your dog’s usual routine, including dietary needs or special requests.

I have previous experience caring for both dogs and cats, including feeding, walking, playtime, and giving lots of cuddles. I used be be a foster for DAWG so I have ample experience with all the different characteristics dogs have to offer. I am also patient and attentive, making sure pets are comfortable in my home or in their own familiar environment.&nbsp;As can be seen in my photos. I have a large fully enclosed garden for them to run around in. Ialso have multiple dog beds for them to rest, but have absolutely no issue when sleeping on couches or in bed with me. Whatever is their norm and they're comfortable.&nbsp;I am a genuine animal lover who understands the importance of providing pets with the same care and attention they receive from their owners. Having grown up around animals and currently sharing my home with my own gentle and goofy man George, I know how much trust it takes to leave your family member in someone else’s hands. My motivation to be a pet sitter comes from the joy I get in spending time with animals and helping owners feel at ease knowing their pets are happy, safe, and loved.For safety, I only take in vaccinated and neutered dogs, as their health and wellbeing are my top priority.&nbsp;

Hi! I’m Iván and I’ve always loved animals. I grew up with two black cats called Nico and Kika, who we found as kittens on the street. They have lived in my family home in Spain ever since, so I’ve spent most of my life living with cats and taking care of them. Because of this, I’m very used to feeding them, playing with them, cleaning after them and understanding their different personalities.I have also taken care of dogs for friends and neighbours, including walks, feeding and spending time with them so they don’t feel lonely while their owners are away. Hi, I’m Massimo, I’m 30 years old, and my passion for animals started when I was just one month old. I’ve always grown up surrounded by pets, and dogs have been a huge part of my life.In 2022, I made my dream come true by becoming a qualified dog trainer. I studied at CEF (Centre Européen de Formation) in Italy in 2021 and obtained my certification in 2022.I used to work at the dog daycare “The Spaw” in Togher, Cork. I truly loved my job, which is why I want to continue working with dogs every day. I never get tired of them!
