Whether it’s short visits, walks, or overnight stays, me and my handsome Greyhound George will treat your pet as if they were our own.&nbsp;
I have previous experience caring for both dogs and cats, including feeding, walking, playtime, and giving lots of cuddles. I used be be a foster for DAWG so I have ample experience with all the different characteristics dogs have to offer. I am also patient and attentive, making sure pets are comfortable in my home or in their own familiar environment.&nbsp;As can be seen in my photos. I have a large fully enclosed garden for them to run around in. Ialso have multiple dog beds for them to rest, but have absolutely no issue when sleeping on couches or in bed with me. Whatever is their norm and they're comfortable.&nbsp;I am a genuine animal lover who understands the importance of providing pets with the same care and attention they receive from their owners. Having grown up around animals and currently sharing my home with my own gentle and goofy man George, I know how much trust it takes to leave your family member in someone else’s hands. My motivation to be a pet sitter comes from the joy I get in spending time with animals and helping owners feel at ease knowing their pets are happy, safe, and loved.For safety, I only take in vaccinated and neutered dogs, as their health and wellbeing are my top priority.&nbsp;

Hi! I’m Iván and I’ve always loved animals. I grew up with two black cats called Nico and Kika, who we found as kittens on the street. They have lived in my family home in Spain ever since, so I’ve spent most of my life living with cats and taking care of them. Because of this, I’m very used to feeding them, playing with them, cleaning after them and understanding their different personalities.I have also taken care of dogs for friends and neighbours, including walks, feeding and spending time with them so they don’t feel lonely while their owners are away. I really enjoy being around animals and making sure they feel comfortable and relaxed.I’m happy to look after different kinds of pets such as dogs, cats, rabbits and other small animals.I’m a calm, responsible and tidy person, and my goal is simple: to make sure your pet feels safe, happy and well looked after while you’re away.

Growing up I was always surrounded by family pets &amp; animals, from a tiny hamster to a huge horse. I was always taught to treat all animals with respect &amp; love. The unconditional love of an animal cannot be matched. That is what I aim to provide through my petsitting service, an environment where your pet feels safe &amp; loved.
Myself &amp; my wife Lorna lived in Auckland, New Zealand for 3 years. While there we were petsitters for Pawshake &amp; it was one of the best experiences, we had many repeat clients who we miss terribly. We were thrilled when we realized Pawshake operates in Ireland too &amp; that we would have the opportunity to continue petsitting here. We have now been petsitting for 7 years &amp; we adore it.
If we were looking after your pet you can be guaranteed they would have our undivided attention &amp; care for the time we are with them. As active people who love to keep fit dogwalking is the perfect excuse to get out for some fresh air. We would offer a maximum of 1 hour long walks with possible trips to a beach or park on the weekends. We have experience with older dogs, dogs that are not quite lead trained &amp; administering medications. We have looked after may animals, from cats &amp; dogs to chinchillas &amp; bearded dragons. During home visits we would stay for a maximum of 45 minutes making sure everything requested for this time is complete. During home stays we will look after the house like it is our own, always leaving it the same way we found it. We can also provide many reviews and feedback from our clients in New Zealand &amp; Ireland. 
Lorna works Monday- Friday, most days from home, while I work 3 days a week so we have quite a lot of flexibility. We hope you will consider Claws 'n' Paws as your petsitting service &amp; we look forward to hearing from you.
