I get updated during the day on how my dog is. whenever I text Valentina, I get prompt reply. "Ross looked after our pomerian Dorothy for her first doggy day care this week. Ross was fantastic with communication and was very responsive when we reached out to see how she was doing and very much set our minds at rest that she was in the best hand. "I couldn’t be happier with the care Danielli and Vitor provided for my boy Zeus.
From the moment I dropped him off, I felt completely at ease. Throughout the day, I received regular updates, photos and videos, which was so reassuring and showed just how much fun Zeus was having. It was clear he was getting lots of attention, care and affection.
When I collected him, he was happy, relaxed and clearly had a fantastic day. Danielli and Vitor were friendly, professional and genuinely caring, and it’s obvious they love dogs 😊🐕
I would have no hesitation in recommending them to other dog owners and I would completely trust them to look after Zeus again. Thank you both for taking such wonderful care of him 🐾 🦴 ❤️ "
