She sent me updates every day with video clips of my cat Toots to reassure me that he was happy and well fed, and she spoiled him rotten with head rubs and playtime. "We had such a great experience with Catalina taking care of our cat 😊 She was super friendly, reliable, and followed everything we asked perfectly, which made things really easy for us. "Ann was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. From the moment she came over to meet us, she was warm, attentive, and clearly experienced. She asked all the right questions, took the time to understand our cat’s routine and personality, and immediately put us at ease.
Most importantly, our cat took to her straight away, which is never guaranteed and made a big difference for us heading away.
Throughout the time we were away, Ann was reliable, professional, and clearly cared about doing a great job (sent great photos and videos of our pet). It’s obvious she genuinely enjoys what she does, and that comes through in how she interacts with both pets and owners.

"Carol was amazing!! We will certainly book again!There aren’t enough kind words to describe just how thoughtful she was while looking after our 2 cats. We had a pet emergency just before our holiday but Carol was both flexible and so understanding as our plans moved around. As a result, one of the cats required medication during her visits and she went above and beyond to ensure he received all the proper care.
Her updates, including photos, were frequent and detailed, helping us enjoy our time away even more knowing that the cats were being looked after so well. They were definitely spoiled with lots of cuddles and play! She was so generous with her time and showed true care and compassion. We wouldn’t hesitate to book with Carol again. I know our cats are looking forward to it, too 🐱🐱"

"When my husband and I decided to travel during the Christmas break, our main concern was who would take care of our three cats. We moved to Ireland recently and still do not know many people who could take care of our pets, so we decided to look for someone on Pawshake. After analysing many profiles, I came across Daniela's one. I was very impressed with the description and the various photos of animals that she has already taken care of!
Our main concern regarding our cats' behaviour, as cats are very shy and sometimes it can take a while to trust a person who is not family, since each one has its own personality! Also, one of our cats had just undergone surgery and so needed more attention. Already on the first visit to our apartment I was able to witness how connected Daniela was to one of our kitties (Margot). I was relieved to know that the three of them really liked her!!
It's very difficult to find a family that loves animals like Daniela's, I was really impressed with the care and affection they had with our little girls! In all respects I really recommend her work, both the care and the responsibility she has had to take care of such precious creatures! I will definitely contact Daniela again, because now I have total confidence to leave my pets under her responsibility.

"I have booked Samindi for a whole week to come in twice a day to look after my two cats and she was absolutely brilliant!⭐️ I received updates about the cats constantly including videos and pictures. She made sure to follow all directions given and give a lot of attention to my cats. One of my more adventurous cats got herself into a bit of trouble in the end and Samindi handled it very well, informing me about the cat every step of the way and resolving the issue completely.
