My cat is very shy, which can make things challenging, but Sara handled it with patience and care. She also communicated clearly and regularly about her visits to my flat. "We've hired a handful of cat sitters and Claudia is simply *the best*. We have two cats and one is quite shy, and Claudia is the only one she will come out and play a bit with. All of the other cat sitters would send us photos of the shy cat from across the room if they got her to come out at all, Claudia sends video of her stretching, rolling around and playing like they're good friends. "We couldn't be happier with the care our cats received. Juliana looked after them for a few days while we were away, and from the moment we left we felt completely at ease. The regular updates and photos were so reassuring, and it was clear our cats were totally comfortable and they absolutely loved the attention.
