"Ann was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. From the moment she came over to meet us, she was warm, attentive, and clearly experienced. She asked all the right questions, took the time to understand our cat’s routine and personality, and immediately put us at ease. Most importantly, our cat took to her straight away, which is never guaranteed and made a big difference for us heading away. Throughout the time we were away, Ann was reliable, professional, and clearly cared about doing a great job (sent great photos and videos of our pet). It’s obvious she genuinely enjoys what she does, and that comes through in how she interacts with both pets and owners.
