"Carol was amazing!! We will certainly book again!There aren’t enough kind words to describe just how thoughtful she was while looking after our 2 cats. We had a pet emergency just before our holiday but Carol was both flexible and so understanding as our plans moved around. As a result, one of the cats required medication during her visits and she went above and beyond to ensure he received all the proper care.
Her updates, including photos, were frequent and detailed, helping us enjoy our time away even more knowing that the cats were being looked after so well. They were definitely spoiled with lots of cuddles and play! She was so generous with her time and showed true care and compassion. We wouldn’t hesitate to book with Carol again. I know our cats are looking forward to it, too 🐱🐱"

"Ann was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. From the moment she came over to meet us, she was warm, attentive, and clearly experienced. She asked all the right questions, took the time to understand our cat’s routine and personality, and immediately put us at ease.
Most importantly, our cat took to her straight away, which is never guaranteed and made a big difference for us heading away.
Throughout the time we were away, Ann was reliable, professional, and clearly cared about doing a great job (sent great photos and videos of our pet). It’s obvious she genuinely enjoys what she does, and that comes through in how she interacts with both pets and owners.

"Nathalia took care of my cat while I was away during the Christmas break. She came every two days and also visited on two additional days that were not part of the original booking, after I asked her to check on my cat. She was fantastic! She stayed at my place with my cat for around an hour or more each visit, taking great care of him - giving him treats, playing with him, and spending time petting him.
She also kept in touch by sending me messages and videos via WhatsApp, so I could see how my cat was doing and so she could ask me any questions if needed. I couldn’t have asked for better care. I highly recommend Nathalia to anyone looking for someone to take care of their purr baby.
I will definitely ask Nathalia to take care of Kimbo again in the future."

"We had a wonderful experience with Vanessa! She watched our two cats over the weekend and did house visits. She was very friendly, and our cats took to her right away.
