"It was an absolute amazing experience to have andressa look after my cat (Nya) while I was out of the country for a week. She arrived everyday whether it be hail or rain and looked after nya’s every need. She was on the ball with communication and updated me everyday on nya’s eating and playing. Communication is excellent from the very first enquiry and she always sends photos and video updates when she's here. "Flip was a great pet sitter. They took such good care of my guinea pigs. They went the extra mile making sure they had extended floor time away from my sweet dog Harold. And as for Harold: Flip walked her not just the two times I was asking for, but three times. They checked in about treats, asking if the variety they had were ok for my dog. I felt like they really cared about my pets as if they were their own. I will be sure to book them again, and I would recommend them to anyone. "
