"Natalia looked after my cat, Pluton, for nearly three weeks, and I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. She visited every day without fail—feeding him, changing his water, cleaning his litter box—and always made sure I knew how he was doing. The daily photos and videos were such a thoughtful touch and really helped me feel connected while I was away.
Pluton can be particular, but he clearly felt comfortable with Natalia, which says a lot about her calm and kind approach. She was reliable, communicative, and genuinely attentive to his needs. Knowing he was in such capable hands made all the difference.

"We cannot recommend Inês more! Both of our cats where so well cared for and had an amazing time. She made our shy quirky cat feel comfortable and safe which is not an easy task! Communication was great and we even got some incredible photos of the two of them playing and having fun. Will be recommending to all our friends. Five stars all around. "

"Moacir travelled across the city to give my diabetic dog her insulin shot while she was staying with my family for the weekend. He is dependable and always sends a picture when the shot is complete. "Sunny is wonderful! She stops by to visit our dog Gus while we’re in work. Gus took to her immediately, and he’s a very good judge of character. Sunny sends us updates and photographs and is always quick to reply. Gus can be reactive on his walks but she is confident in handling him. We have great peace of mind knowing she will be visiting Gus and we wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Sunny to others!"

"Keith took great care of my two cats. I was hesitant at first as I'd never had a pet sitter before but decided to go for it as it's less stressful for the cats than having them stay at a cattery.
