I have always loved animals since I was little, and getting to spend a day with new pets every day is more than anything I could dream of. I love every kind of pet: cats, dogs, bunnies, and many others. Being around animals makes me happy, and I enjoy getting to know each pet’s unique personality.

My motivation to be a pet sitter comes from my love and passion for animals. I understand that pets are important members of the family, and I always do my best to make them feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while their owners are away. I am patient, responsible, and attentive to each pet’s needs.

I have experience caring for pets belonging to family members since I was five years old, and I also have taken care of friends’ pets. This has helped me learn how to care for different animals and make sure they receive the attention, exercise, and affection they need.

For the health and safety of all animals, I prefer that pets are vaccinated before staying in my home. My goal is to provide a loving, trustworthy, and enjoyable experience for every pet in my care.

Hi! I'm Niamh, and I'm a big animal lover who has recently returned from Canada, where I was working as the manager of a busy doggy daycare. During my time there, I cared for dogs of all sizes and personalities and formed really close bonds with all of them.&nbsp;
I'm confident with all types of dogs and always aim to make sure they feel safe, relaxed, and happy when they're with me.&nbsp;
10 years ago, I adopted my dog, Betty, so I understand the additional needs a rescue dog may need. Betty has been through a lot in her life, from an accident that required her to learn how to walk again, to getting one of her eyes removed 6 years ago. Through these times, I helped Betty to get better through care and patience. She needs eye drops in her eye every night for the rest of her life, so I am used to administering these as well.
I also adopted a cat, Miss Maggie, in Canada, so I understand the care and attention cats need, and I'm very comfortable doing home visits to feed, check in, and spend time with them in the comfort of their own environment.
I always aim to make pets feel comfortable and relaxed while their pawrents are away, following their usual routine so that everything feels normal and stress-free for them. I also understand how important it is for their pawrents to feel reassured, so I will always send pics and updates so you can see how your pet is doing and feel connected while you're away.
As I've just returned to Ireland, I currently have full flexibility to fit around your schedule and needs.&nbsp;


Hey I'm Tara and I'm 23 x I have over 7 years experience with all different types of animals. I volunteer at a local animal shelter so I always get the opportunity to learn more and I'm always eager to! 
I'm kind and caring and you can be sure that when your furry fam are in my care. I will treat them with the utmost care. I can administer meds of any need. I have a qualification in animal healthcare and have experience in a veterinary clinic. I also have a certification in canine first aid. 
I'm very trustworthy and reliable and will treat your home with the utmost respect. I can also water your plants should you need. If your pet in in my care they will have free roam of my house and would only be left alone for less then an hour if I have a appointment or have to run to the shops. 
I used to have a dog myself but unfortunately she passed away so I know how much trust you put into your minder of your furry fam. Rest assured that your home and most importantly your pet will be well looked after and cared for as if they were my own. I work 8 hours a day but will dedicate all of my spare time to giving your animals all the love and attention they need. I would provide 2 walks per day and all the play time your pet requires as well as mentally stimulating games and training. I will wake up early before work to bring them for a walk and feed them. I also have no problem looking after other aspects of your home like watering plants and bringing in mail and deliveries.&nbsp;

I'm based in Maynooth, and work in Marketing.
My own dog is Blu, a 5 year old small Pomsky-Maltese who loves people and dogs and likes lots of exercise, walks, and runs each day. 
I work from home and try to get outdoors as much as possible before I open my laptop in the mornings both for my own health and for Blu's.
I do brisk 30-45minute walks that include different routes for variety in smells &amp; terrain, socialising, long-lead running &amp; playing, and sniff &amp; search games so that you can end your day knowing your dog is fully tired out &amp; mentally stimulated.
I offer pet home visit services, dog walking, and doggy daycare.
I am currently booking on a short term basis for ~1 visit / walk per dog per week due to high demand and work constraints.
Feel free to share any commands, habits, and preferences you have for your pup.
