"We met Beatriz a couple of times before she would stay at home to take care of our puppy so that she could meet her and answer any questions we may have. "Megan was amazing with my two bunnies!
She took great care of them, including my older bunny who needs oral medication twice daily. She was gentle, made sure the medication was given on time and kept me updated by sending videos. I appreciated her care and reliability; and would happily ask Megan to look after my bunnies again.

"Ann was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. From the moment she came over to meet us, she was warm, attentive, and clearly experienced. She asked all the right questions, took the time to understand our cat’s routine and personality, and immediately put us at ease.
Most importantly, our cat took to her straight away, which is never guaranteed and made a big difference for us heading away.
Throughout the time we were away, Ann was reliable, professional, and clearly cared about doing a great job (sent great photos and videos of our pet). It’s obvious she genuinely enjoys what she does, and that comes through in how she interacts with both pets and owners.

"I cannot recommend Taisa highly enough.. ! she did multiple house visits for my 2 dogs when we were abroad for our daughter’s wedding. The schedule was a bit complicated as I had family members coming and going but she was 100% reliable and turned up as arranged every time. She was not only efficient and conscientious but also so sweet and loving towards them. Alfie and Riley are looking forward to seeing her the next time we are away!!"
