Hello. I'm Brazilian and have been living in Ireland for a short time. I came here to learn English and try a new life here. I've always had a very strong connection with animals, especially dogs. I've been doing rescues since I was a little girl, so I've always had four-legged children at home. In the last few months I've had many experiences with rescuing and caring for critically ill dogs, and most of the time I've been successful! My goal has always been to welcome, care for, give love and find a loving home too, but it wasn't always possible to find the desired home, so they stayed there and our bonds grew stronger. I've often supported friends and people who trusted me to leave their children, because they know how caring I am. I can say that being a pet sitter is one of the best jobs in the world, at least for me. Being close to a being that gives us the most genuine love there is is incredible. I have many years of experience. I get along very well with them! Unfortunately, I can't take in animals because I don't live alone, but if necessary, I'll provide full support at home.


My motivation to be a dog sitter stems from my deep love and connection with animals, especially dogs. I have always found joy in being around them, whether it's playing in the park, going on long walks, or simply providing the care and affection they need. Dogs have an incredible ability to bring happiness and comfort, and being able to contribute to their well-being is incredibly rewarding for me.

I was 3 years old when I got my first dog from my parents, his name was Rex and he spent eleven years as my best friend. Between these years, I had other pets and recently a miniature pincher that I miss a lot. I had the most diverse experiences with animals: helping with childbirth, dealing with illnesses, caring after neutering, discovering allergies that required specific food and sudden loss of animals.
I know how special pets are and are part of our family, only those who have or have had one know. They do more for us than we can do for them. I love being among the animals, taking care of them, and watching them play, it makes me very happy.
I've recently moved to Dublin, I don't have a pet yet so I'd like to be around and help out with other animals.
I had the experience of taking care of two cats and three dogs while their owners were away. With my experiences, I am well aware of the pain of those who hand over their beloved pet to someone else and I am careful to follow the rules, schedules, respect the animal's behavior and keep the owners informed with photos and videos so that they can be calm.
I can administer pet medication.
I cannot host pets in my house, but in the owner's house I accept up to 5 pets at the same time.
I offer 2 walks a day for 30 minutes or 1 hour.

At the age of 18 I was lucky enough to have my first dog, Inti, a very playful boxer. That day changed my life and my routine forever. I discovered the pleasure of going for a walk in the neighbourhood with him, no matter if it was a long or a short walk. It gave me a deep joy to see him enjoying playing on the grass or meeting new friends.&nbsp;
I always made it a priority to teach him new things and help him discover new places and new sensations. It was a great success! With a lot of love and dedication he had a very happy life!&nbsp;
I love to share time with dogs, I am the typical person that in the street will approach any dog and try to play with him.
I have more than 10 years of experience living with and taking care of dogs, my own and also of family and friends.
My current job allows me to have all the afternoons free, so I would love to walk and share time with your pet.
My walks are a minimum of one hour, where we will look for a green space for your dog to play, run and discharge energy. We will learn to walk properly, obey basic commands and socialize. I will adjust the type of walk to suit your dog's personality, size and age. I am comfortable working with dogs of all ages and sizes.&nbsp;

I am a professional piano teacher by trade, but dont work during the month of July so I thought it might be nice to do this and give people some peace of mind when they are away from their pets. I have one cat of my own (Ollie) but I absolutely adore cats and love to look after them.Details of service provided:

I would be availablle from 12pm until 6pm each day including weekends for month of July 2023

Hi! My name is Sadbh. I am a 23-year-old PhD student at Trinity College Dublin studying genetics.
I would like to spend my free time with some nice, friendly dogs where I can dog-sit or walk. I am trustworthy, friendly and safety-conscious when looking after a pet.
I really miss caring for and cuddling my Maltese family dog Diego, who passed away recently at only 9 years old. He suffered from Cushing's disease, so I am also used to dogs who are on the sicker side, if that applies.&nbsp;
I can take dogs on walks for however long the owner and/or dog prefers or house-sit.&nbsp;
I would probably be more comfortable with smaller to medium-sized dogs, preferably not any larger because of my prior experience with dogs on the smaller side.&nbsp;
I am free most evenings after my PhD work and also generally free on weekends. Reach out if you are interested :). 
I also cannot facilitate a dog sleeping in my bedroom. I have allergic rhinitis and that would not be possible. 

Animals have always played a very meaningful role in my life, and working as a pet walker is something that connects directly with my passion and sense of purpose. This daily experience over the years strengthened my knowledge of canine behavior and deepened my passion for working with dogs. I became very familiar with reading body language, recognizing signs of stress or excitement, and adapting my approach depending on the dog’s needs. Whether it was helping a nervous dog feel more comfortable, managing high-energy playtime, or simply providing calm companionship, I learned how to respond in a way that makes the dog feel safe and understood.

I consider myself patient, reliable, and very attentive, always prioritizing the safety, comfort, and well-being of every dog under my care. I am confident handling dogs of different sizes, breeds, and temperaments, and I always aim to create a positive and trusting relationship with each one. I also believe that reinforcement of good behaviors through consistency, calm guidance, and positive reinforcement is essential for a balanced routine.

In addition, I understand the importance of communication with pet owners.
