"Saenal has a genuine love for animals, and it was evident from the moment we introduced her to our cat, Dexter. She immediately showed deep care and compassion for his well-being, going above and beyond in every way. Saenal not only took excellent care of him but also helped groom him and shared thoughtful tips on how we could manage his grooming more effectively.
Dexter felt completely at ease with her and clearly adored her presence. We appreciated the consistent communication—she sent us daily updates, along with photos and videos, which gave us such peace of mind.

"We were very happy with how well Heather looked after our kitten while we were away. We got consistent updates on how Baler was eating and behaving and we also got pictures of him.
Heather is trustworthy and very professional.
