"Gustavo looked after our kitten for 2 weeks while we were away. He was friendly, communicative and consistent, and I could tell by the way our kitten greeted us that she’d been given consistent loving attention and play! I also appreciated the photos as we missed her so much.

This comment is in relation to issue with the app when making the initial booking enquiry.
I did have an issue trying to book the sitter on the app. I wanted to book 1 visit on 2 days and 2 visits on 1 day but the app would not allow this. I tried doing it using the full 3 days but I could only select 1 or the other visit option for all days I tried then to book as non consecutive days to see if this would work but it would not. In the end I had to make 2 separate bookings maybe this is something that could be changed in the app going forward. Overall the care & communication recieved by Joice was excellent"

"We had such a great experience with Catalina taking care of our cat 😊 She was super friendly, reliable, and followed everything we asked perfectly, which made things really easy for us. She also kept us updated with lots of photos and videos, which we really appreciated and gave us peace of mind while we were away. You can tell she genuinely cares about animals. We’d definitely recommend her and would happily book her again! "

"We booked Natasha to look after our cat while we were away on Holidays. We booked 2x visits per day. The booking process was simple and Natasha was easy to communicate with. Before we left for our holidays she came around to our house to say hello to the cat and get familiar with the surroundings. Natasha is very thorough and we were always kept well informed of what was happening while she was visiting our house. She was great with our cat and we got some lovely pictures to keep us reassured while we were enjoying our holidays. Highly recommended."
