I grew up in a home where we always had pets around and this instilled in me a love for all animals great and small. As a teenager I rode horses and had a part time job as a kennel assistant in a doggie daycare, where I learned the secrets of dog behaviour from professional animal behaviouralists. I always knew I wanted to spend my life around animals and I am currently a student in my 4th year of veterinary medicine in UCD and I am 22 years old. My college training has shaped me to understand animal care at a very high level and I have learned about fear free animal handling and how to keep our pets fit and healthy. As I am originally from Cork and live in Dublin during college term I would love to spend more time with pets which is what pet sitting can offer me!! I would be delighted to meet your pets and care for them whenever you need the extra help!
I am available most weekends and evenings as well as some mornings/ afternoons depending on my college schedule for the week but generally my timetable is quite flexible and I will always try my best to accommodate you wherever I can!
I am based in D4 area but am willing to travel a reasonable distance also if needed.
During home visits I aim to spend a minimum of an hour but can accommodate longer stays if that is requested. I can water plants and bring in post etc.
My dog walks tend to be 45 minutes to 1 hour but this always depends on the animal's fitness and stamina, if requested I can do longer or of course, shorter walks. I can bring your pet to their usual park etc or to one in the neighbourhood which is suitable.
For house sitting I can accommodate most requests and I follow your instructions with regard to watering plants and any other jobs that need to be done.
Full refund if canceled before 12:00 p.m. one day before the booking, 50% refund afterward.
No refund is payable if the booking is canceled on or after the start date.
Note: All times are based on the sitter’s time zone
