Hiya! My name is Jenn, and I’m originally from County Mayo, where I grew up surrounded by animals, especially horses, dogs, and cats. I’m currently living in Dublin while studying nursing, and I really miss spending time with four-legged friends. Although I do not have "professional" experience in small animal care, I have 5+ years of working in equestrian centers (where there is always yard cats and dogs!) and I have years of personal experience caring for my own animals and feel confident and comfortable around dogs, cats, bunnies and even fish of all shapes, sizes and temperaments.
I love staying active and being outdoors, which is why dog walking is my idea of a dream job and works well alongside college life and nursing placements. Walks would usually last between 20–40 minutes depending on the size, age, and energy levels of the dog, and I will always try to bring dogs to nearby parks or green areas where possible so they can properly enjoy their walk (and I'll always include a cute photoshoot for their owners!).
For my own comfort and to ensure every dog gets proper attention and care, I would take a maximum of three dogs at one time. While I would not take pets into my own home, I would happily travel to owners’ homes to collect pets, do check-ins while owners are away or working, or pet sit occasionally. I will always ensure your pet is safe, relaxed and well cuddled, and the house stays neat and tidy! I’m a trustworthy, caring, and outgoing person who genuinely enjoys helping both pets and their owners &lt;3
