Are you going away but have a pet that prefers to stay in their own environment? Or perhaps you have a range of different animals and it’s not practical for you to organise for them to stay in different places? Then you might want to consider finding a Pawshake house sitter to come and stay at your Midleton home while you are away.

House sitting is a convenient and affordable option when you have multiple pets and also want your house to be securely looked after while you are away. Many of our pet sitters have very reasonable house sitting rates because they enjoy staying and exploring different local neighbourhoods like Midleton.

At Pawshake, we understand that trusting your home to a stranger can be a little daunting. So we’ve done all the hard work to ensure that your Pawshake house sitter is trustworthy and reliable. All our pet sitter profiles are checked individually by our dedicated trust and safety team and some house sitters also have their own police checks which they can share with you.

The best thing about engaging a Pawshake verified house sitter is that you can relax knowing that on top of being covered by The Pawshake Guarantee which includes veterinary coverage, so your pets are being cared for in a familiar environment and your Midleton home is also being looked after as well.

In addition to looking after your pets, most of our house sitters will happily help you by collecting your mail, taking out the bins, and watering your plants. Just make sure you discuss all your requirements with your chosen house sitter prior to booking.

Hello,
My name is Ting-Chen, Chen. I am 29 year-old sales manager from Taiwan. Also a huge animal lover! Currently based in Cork with a working holiday visa.
In my family, we have six cats at home. We sometimes also capture stray cats and help them find a loving home. Personally, I really like dogs also but we have many cats for too long. Therefore, we never really have dogs in the house.
However, I babysit and walk my friends' dogs from time to time. I understand each owner has different routine and needs. Just let me know yours and I will try my best to make sure your pets are satisfied.
I know my ways with them and enjoy my time with them.
Whether you need a walker for your energetic dogs, a patient sitter for your cuddly cats, or a reliable person for daily home visits. I've got you covered.
My schedule is fully flexible for now. I can accommodate your needs easily.
Thank you for your consideration and I will be thrilled to meet you and your adorable pets!

Hello! My name is Rachel, and I am a dedicated and enthusiastic student eager to gain valuable experience while providing loving, reliable care for your pets. Although I do not currently have a pet of my own, I have always had a deep admiration for animals and truly enjoy spending time with dogs and cats of all breeds, sizes, and personalities.

I understand that pets are cherished members of the family, and I am committed to treating them with the same kindness, patience, and attention they receive at home. Whether it’s going on walks, playtime, feeding, or simply offering companionship and comfort, I take pride in creating a safe and happy environment for every pet in my care. I provide services such a dog walking, house visits, and overnight stays.

I am responsible, trustworthy, and eager to learn from every opportunity. It would be an honour to support you and your beloved furry companions, and I look forward to building positive relationships with both pets and their owners.

Since I was a child I always loved and grew up surrounded by animals. After growing up I managed to make a dream come true: I became a veterinarian. I've always had pets, but they're all gone and I miss being around pets. This is my motivation for this job to be able to live daily with animals.
I have experience in caring for pets and also veterinary knowledge for special needs of some animal.
I make myself available to help take care of and offer moments of quality and joy to your animal.
I am currently close to the regions of Mahon, Blackrock, Ballintemple and City centre. But I can move to more distant regions if there is a need, everything can be adjusted and negotiated.
My walks last about 30 minutes. Animals have their own behaviour and personality, I like to please them and gain confidence. I always share with the owners how your animal is, if it has any different behaviour than usual. I send photos and videos. I am also available for contact if you have additional questions.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Hi, I'm William!I've been surrounded by animals for as long as I can remember. Whether your pet enjoys long walks, playtime, cuddles or simply having someone calm and caring around, I'll make sure they feel happy, safe and comfortable while you're away.I know how important it is to trust the person looking after your pet. I'll treat your furry family member as if they were my own and respect your home with the same care. I'm also happy to send regular photo and video updates so you can enjoy your time away knowing your pet is in good hands. If I'm house sitting, I'm more than happy to help with small household tasks such as watering plants, bringing in the post, putting the bins out or other simple jobs that give you one less thing to worry about when you return home.My goal is simple: to make sure your pet is happy, well cared for and loved, while giving you complete peace of mind.I'd love the opportunity to meet you and your pet.
