Hi! I’m Rosie, and animals have always been a huge part of my life. I’ve been caring for dogs and cats for over 10 years, and I couldn’t imagine life without them! At home, I have two wonderful dogs, a Yorkie mix and a Pointador, who’ve taught me patience, love, and that every pet has their own special quirks.

When I look after your pets, I treat them like part of my own family. I know how hard it can be to leave them, so I make sure they feel safe, happy, and loved while you’re away, with plenty of walks, playtime, and cuddles.

I also take great care of your home, collecting mail, watering plants, putting out bins on garbage day, and keeping everything clean and secure. After each stay, your home will be just as you left it, tidy, locked, and cared for.

I offer 30-minute walks, home visits, and house sitting.

I am 40 years old and I have been looking after cats (*and other animals) all my life. When I was a child my parents did not allow cats in the house- I used to smuggle them in. While other children were making tree houses; I was setting up “Cats’ hospital”.
I always wanted to work with children or animals.
Today I work with children across different sectors.

I also have 2 cats ‍myself ; one travelled acsros Eu with me when we moved to Irelan 8 years ago.

Anyone who knows me can confirm my obsession with cats and cats really love me. I have a good undrstanding of cats behaviour and I can meet them where they are at as each cat is very different when it comes to their personality.
I offer: once or twice a day visits to your home; feeding, maintaining hygiene and playing with the cat(s). Occasionally sleepover (*depends on my personal arrangements at any given time). Area I am happy to cover: Newtownmountkennedy and anything within 5-10 min drive from it. Longer distances are also available on case to case basis however in this arrangement I will need to cover millage which is 50c per 1km for journeys above 15km (return).&nbsp;

I have always had a deep love for dogs and genuinely enjoy caring for them. Spending time with pets brings me joy, and I take pride in ensuring their happiness and well-being. I have experience taking care of dogs of various breeds and sizes. I have looked after pets for friends and family, making sure they are well-fed, exercised, and given plenty of attention. Do I Take Only Vaccinated Pets at My Home?
Yes, for the safety of all pets and to maintain a healthy environment, I only accept vaccinated dogs. This ensures that every pet staying with me is protected and can enjoy their time safely.

I adore all earthly creatures, but I especially worship cats and dogs. And as a freelance creative who works remotely, I am always thrilled to have the opportunity to care full-time for animals - and in the meantime, getting to know a new area, and tending to the requirments of another home. I'm an ideal sitter for those on holidays and trips, short- or long-term. Anywhere from a night to 4 months.  I offer full-time, residential care for cats, dogs and any other non-human animals in your family. I hope you consider me as a temporary carer for your beloved pets, whatever age or shape they're in; I have experience administering various kinds of medication, seeking emergency care, grooming animals of all hair-types, going for 30 to 60 minute walks with lots of play and exercise as well as sourcing all foods, treats, toys and other accessories needed to provide fully comprehensive and compassionate care. I am also reliable at watering any plants, tending to gardens and maintaining a perfectly clean and tidy house. Needless to say, I will also ensure security is a priority at all times for your home. I grew up in Dublin and spent time in the U.S. and Europe, but now call Ireland my home. Perhaps you'd like me as a carer for your pets on a regular, occasional or yearly basis in the future.
