Sometimes life can get really busy and you might find yourself a little short on time to walk your dog. Luckily with Pawshake, it is really easy to connect with thousands of pet lovers and find a walker in Dublin who is available and waiting to help you out.

All of our walkers are vetted individually and every dog walker booking is covered by The Pawshake Guarantee so you can rest easy while they spend time with your dog. Additionally, your Pawshake walker will be from your local Dublin neighbourhood and their profile also includes reviews from other pet parents.

Having a dog walker visit during the day is an affordable and great way to break up the day and make your dog’s day more interesting. Some of our walkers walk multiple dogs at once so this service is a great way for your dog to socialise and meet other similar dogs. However, if your dog prefers to be walked alone, you can also find Dublin dog walkers who only walk one dog at a time. That way, the walks can be completely dedicated to what your dogs want – whether is a slow walk-and-sniff or a faster paced brisk walk around the block, our Pawshake dog walkers will be happy to oblige.

My love for pets has no bounds. So much so that I made a career out of it. I'm currently working with a pet insurance company and spend a lot of time dealing with pets of all kinds.
I have been pet walking dogs in exchange for just being able to spend time with dogs and think I'd love to be able to open up my services to strangers in need. This is also my way of giving back to the pet owner community since I understand that not everyone is able to mind their pets or take them for walks due to work schedules or other commitments.
Since I reside in Dublin 08, there's plenty parks around that I can walk your dog. I am working from my office on Wednesdays and that is the only day I am unavailable.

Dog Walking:
I am available to go dog walking in the mornings before 9 and evenings after 5. My experience suggests, different dogs have different walk needs. Depending on the age, size and breed, we can walk anywhere between 30 minutes to 45 minutes.
Saint Patrick's park is an ideal dog walking safe space. But if your dog is shy and needs a quieter place with no interaction with other dogs, we can figure that out too.
Dog sitting:
I am available to go dog sitting in the mornings before 9 and evenings after 5.
I can administer medicines, collect the mail, help with watering plants, can do a grocery run too.
I prefer sitting or walking dogs that are vaccinated and microchipped.

Hello, my name is Pedro and I have lived in Dublin for 5 years, currently in the city center facing the River Liffey. I am a chef and I am in the process of obtaining a work visa and at the moment I cannot work until the visa documentation is ready. And I had the idea of doing what I love, which is having the opportunity to be with dogs and take care of them, walking around the city. I have always had a good connection with animals, I know the importance that pets bring to our lives. Unfortunately, I never had the opportunity to have a pet because I always worked a lot and knew I wouldn't have time to take care of them. That's why I decided to sign up for this opportunity that will be good for me and I will have the opportunity to help you take care of your beloved pet.

My name is Nei Douglas, I’m Brazilian, 32 years old, and currently residing in Dublin since March 2024, with basic English proficiency. I study English at Delfin Schooll in the morning.

For 22 years of my life, I dedicated myself to working with small and large pets. In my home in Brazil, I left with my family 5 dogs and 9 cats. I’m looking for an opportunity on this app to take care of other people’s pets, to give affection to animals close to me, since mine are currently far away. Born in a bustling city in the interior of São Paulo, Brazil, I moved to the countryside of Minas Gerais and spent my youth and adulthood living and working on a dairy farm, surrounded by various small and large animals, developing a deep affection for dogs and cats. Upon graduating as a Technician in Animal Science, I gained comprehensive knowledge in nutrition, genetics, and welfare of animals of all sizes.

With my extensive experience in animal care, I’m eager to seize the opportunity to show my affection for pets by providing them with attentive care and training. I’m excited to positively contribute to the well-being of animals in any way possible.

For as long as I can remember I have loved dogs. I love walking dogs and spending time with them. I am very good with animals and have lots of experience of pet sitting for friends and relatives. I love spoiling dogs with attention and love (not necessarily edible treats)!
My boyfriend and I are not in a position to adopt a dog of our own currently, but love spending time with animals and would love the opportunity to have dogs around us. We live close to many parks that are ideal for dog walking!
Services offered include dog-sitting and dog walking. I will only work with vaccinated pets, apologies for any inconvenience. I can walk small- and medium-sized dogs. I can pick up/drop off your dog from your location if it is within 15 minutes of my home.

Looking forward to hearing from you and your canine companion!

Hello, my name is Fabio, I'm 35 years old, I'm Brazilian, I'm studying English.

Since I was a little boy, I've always loved all animals and always wanted to welcome everyone. People who know me are impressed with the care and trust that animals feel for me and the way I manage to show so much love for animals.

In Brazil, I've always had animals at my house and today at my parents' house.
I always helped my parents with the care of our four-legged children, bathing them, helping with the application of medicines and the necessary care for the well-being of our puppies.

My biggest motivation is the love for animals and being able to spend time with them. I'm on the app to take care of your pet and give him affection as if he were mine. They need companionship, interaction and care.

Dog walking will be around 45-60 min, and you can show me the route you normally do with him/her.

Home visit will be around 45-60 min, that includes feeding and changing water, cuddles, brush and games.

Unfortunately I can't host pets at my house, but I'll be glad to pick up and drop off your dogs for daily walks which will keep them healthy physically and mentally or take care of them at your home.

I have availability, on evenings and all day a weekends. If you have any questions, please contact me.

I would love to meet you and learn more about your pet. I'm sure we'll be great friends!
