Jennifer

Hi! I'm Jennifer. I am a registered Veterinary nurse and therefore have lots of experience with dogs of all sizes and breeds.

I've worked all over the world with lots of different animals including sloths, monkeys and elephants and have done a lot of work with stray street and island dogs and cats too.

I was also an emergency and critical care veterinary nurse for a few years so have experience in first aid (although hopefully this is never needed!)

I currently work from home doing telemedicine as shift work so am available throughout the day at different times as well as some mornings and evenings. I offer dog walks, day time minding and overnight sitting.

Walks will last between 30-40 minutes. I'm happy to accomodate walks for all different kinds of dogs with different needs from the little old fella who only wants a slow plod around the block sniffing at every bush and lamp post, to the energentic and full of life loonatics! I will tailor the walk to you and your dog, what you both want and need and will use/ reinforce training techniques that you use too.

I have a little rescue French Bulldog who loves other dogs and would love a walk and play with another dog but no problem if your dog does not like dogs either! We love getting out and about every day to stretch the legs and get the step count up as well as have a little play on the green. 

Dogs that stay with me during the day or overnight are treated like my own. They will have access to plenty of space, lots of choice in dog beds, toys and play and a few lovely walks a day depending on what they can manage. They are completely welcome on the sofa for cuddles (as long as you are happy with this as I don't want to ruin any habits!) and I will stick to their normal training/ feeding schedules that they are used to
