- Who I am:

My name is Mia, an IT professional living in Shankill / south Dublin in a spacious 110m² duplex. I work from home most of the time. I have had a passion for animals since I was a kid. My friends say I have a special talent for communicating with animals and I'm the pet whisperer🦮🐕‍🦺🐕‍🐈🐈‍⬛

- Why I'm here:

I love dogs and cats but can't have my own yet because I'm not ready for such a big commitment due to the possibility of relocation in the future. As I love them so much, life without them can be very boring and lonely. That's why I'm here looking for my furry roommates as they are fantastic company and always give me unconditional love and cuddles once we bond🥰

I enjoy walking the dogs and playing with them. When I'm sitting an active dog, my average daily steps are at least 12,000, which incredibly boosts my mental and physical health! Their loving and funny interactions with me bring so much joy to my life. I've loved every doggo I hosted and it's been fantastic! Tell me what is a better job than this😅

- What experience I have:

Very experienced with dogs and also cats. I've been minding my friends' dogs for many years and have had two cats. I observe everyone's unique personality, and know how to communicate with them best based on their behaviors, to make them feel safe, comfortable, and most importantly loved, when they come to my house - their second home. 

I have connected greatly with every dog tenant I have in the past.

- What is my living condition:

I currently live in a 3-bed duplex that I own with lots of space for my guests. No other pets, no kids. They get all the pampering! There are dog parks nearby and many other fun dog-walking areas.

I can work from home most of the time, so my guests can get high-quality company. Occasionally I will go to the office for a few hours but it's quite flexible so I can adjust my schedule according to their needs.

Dogs love to sleep on my sofa or my home office sofa/desk in the daytime. At night they sleep with me in my bedroom on their own beds beside my bed. This has improved my sleep quality😆

Cats just sleep anywhere they want.

- What I do and not do:

I do dog/cat boarding, sitting and visiting/walking in my house or yours. 

I do NOT board multiple pets from different families as this might create stress for them. Pets from the same family are good.

House-trained dogs.

Indoor cats.
