Hi, my name is Joe and I am a 25 year old, 4th year veterinary medicine student in University College Dublin. I am originally from West Cork but have been studying in Dublin for the last 6 years where I first undertook a degree in Animal science before moving into Veterinary medicine. I have a lot of experience working with animals and have spent time working in the DSPCA along with various other veterinary clinics over the last 3 years. I am able to administer any ongoing medications that your pet may be prescribed whether that be oral tablets or injections and am well equipped to deal with any emergencies should they arise!
I have a collie dog named Marcus who lives at home in West Cork (shown in photos) but currently have no animals living with me in Dublin. I live an active lifestyle and I am happy to offer long walks to your pet in your locality as well as relaxing on the couch with older or less mobile animals. I have a busy college schedule but there is a significant amount of flexibility with which I can help cater for your needs although late evenings and weekends are the best times for me. I have my own car so house visits can be done in the later evening time and I can stay overnight if required! I'm also happy to e.g. water plants or take out bins while you're away!
I have always had a love of animals and have grown up around dogs, cats, donkeys, cattle and sheep. I am a very conscientious person who will do the utmost to look after your furry members of the family!

Joe minded our Border Collie Benji in our house over the weekend, and he was absolutely amazing. He took our dog on regular walks and Benji seemed to have had a great time! Joe has also been super reliable, punctual and super friendly! It was also amazing that he texted us regular updates, pictures and videos. When we got back to the house it looked as if no one ever stayed there. I'd highly recommend him to others and will look forward to booking him again.
