Hey there! My name is Eimear, I'm a young professional who works in a dog friendly tech office in Dublin City centre. It's a hybrid role so I do also work from home some days when needed. Preference for long term stays rather than dog walking unless local!

I have been minding and caring for my family and friends dogs a lot over the years while they travel, allowing me to gain invaluable knowledge and expertise. This is never a chore and I'm always the first to volunteer! I live near Bull Island and a number of parks and love getting out in the fresh air. 🌳☀️

One of my most rewarding experiences was volunteering as a foster parent for Dogs Trust. I began during Covid when Dogstrust were sadly becoming overwhelmed with the number of dogs in their care.

This opportunity allowed me to provide a temporary home and nurturing environment for dogs in need. Being a foster carer gave me all the joy, cuddles and fun of adopting a rescue dog without the long-term commitment. It’s perfect for me as I often travel for long periods of time and unfortunately it's not practical at this time. I'm so excited for the day I get to give one of my amazing foster pups their forever home 🏡

Your four-legged family member will be treated as if they were my own, receiving love, affection, lots of good walks on the beach or in the parks near me. As a responsible pet sitter, I prioritise safety and well-being.
