Breannarose

Welcome! My name is Breannarose. I am a 25yr old Graduate Student from the United States. I've travelled to Ireland to become a Veterinarian. I am just over half-way done! When I am not in school, I am at the gym, hiking, riding horses, and generally going on adventures. If I am home, you'll be sure to find me curled up with some hot chocolate and a movie, or writing stories and poetry.

I have been caring for animals of all types for over 10 years now, starting with educational animals at a wildlife center, and moving through nearly every species you could imagine. From mice to cows, I've seen them all. Not only do I care for my own fluffy and scaley pets at home, but I have spent many working hours as a veterinary nurse for others' pets too. Before coming to Ireland, I worked as a veterinary nurse in a veterinary clinic and a research hospital. I have also spent my due time milking cows and delivering baby calves or lambs, and raising them! In Ireland, you will find me doing much of the same when I can.

Part of why I want to be a pet sitter is so that I can work with animals when they are not sick and not at the vet's. I take great joy in happy, calm, and confident animals. I started obedience training dogs and studying animal behavior. During my undergraduate degree in Animal Science, I spent several years training and desensitizing service dog puppies. I'd be happy to work with your pup on basic obedience and some fun tricks! During my time in Ireland, I have come to work with a private foster program for cats.

While I am not a doctor just yet, I am still the perfect pet sitter for your companions that might need a bit more love and care than the average cat or dog. 

Currently I am best available for weekday evenings and all times on weekends.
