Dear pet parents,
are you looking for a reliable animal lover who will walk your dog or take care of your pet in your abscence, treating it as good as if it was their own? I've been there, too, and I am happy to offer you what I would have loved to have for my dog back then.
As I am a freelancer, I can offer a great flexibilty. I grew up in Germany, where I had dogs (Collies), budgies, guinea pigs and fish. With my last dog, I did agility and obedience training with positive reinforcement methods, and I enjoyed long walks, playing and cuddling with him even more.
After my Bacherlor studies, I went travelling and volunteered in about 30 places around the world, which is why I am also experienced with horses, sheep, cows, donkeys, pigs, goats, chickens. and other animals.
I have returned to various of those places to house- and pet-sit for up to 3 weeks and I know what it is like to adapt to the schedule and habits your pet is used to.
Similarly, I am happy to integrate things your are working on with your dog into walks or play time (like sitting when waiting to cross a street, little tricks, ...). However, I will of course not replace a professional dog trainer.
Please note that I am happy to travel to remote places for house- and petsitting, but I'm only able to do daily visits etc. within biking distance from Galway city.
Feel free to get in touch regarding any questions you might have or if you and your pet would like to get to know me. I look forward to meeting you.
Full refund if canceled before 12:00 p.m. one day before the booking, 50% refund afterward.
No refund is payable if the booking is canceled on or after the start date.
Note: All times are based on the sitter’s time zone
Lydia is 100% reliable and trustworthy. She visited my cat twice a day for two days. She looked after him very well, played with him and fed him on time. Highly recommended! 😊
Lydia is a reliable, kind, and thoughtful pet-sitter.
