As an international student studying at Trinity College Dublin, something which motivated me the most to apply for a pet sitting job is being away from my own dog. I knew that in order to fill the void, I had to do something which involved being close to pets. For an animal lover, there is nothing better than getting paid for something which they absolutely love doing. I've grown up with loads of pets around me and I know how to take care of them. I've pet sitted before and I don't see it as a job but rather as my passion. I've considered every pet I've taken care of, as my own responsibility. I know how to groom them, keep them entertained, administer basic medicines, feed them, take them for walks but most importantly, shower them with love. I live in a student accomodation and can therefore not provide any service at my apartment. However, if overnight pet sitting is required, then I'm willing to stay at the owner's house. Walks can usually last up to 2 hours and is very important to keep the pup enriched and healthy. As a pet owner, I know how skeptical one has to be when deciding who to trust your furbaby with, but I assure you that you can let go of all your worries and trust me with your babies because I'll consider them as my own!
