About Finn
Hallo my name is Finn!
Im an anglo-irish student living in Killarney, county Kerry, I have a real passion for animals, every year as a young child I'd ask to go to fota or kennedys pet farm, I'd even say I put animals above myself!
At a family gathering you'd find me chasing my aunts german shepards or grooming my brothers rabbit, animals have always been the center of my attention, I would like to give your pet the attention they deserve while their owner is away!
I am studying zoology in Galway and I also work with the zoosociety there aswell, caring for the college aquariums and their campus reptiles- if I had my way I would be my own dr doolittle with a house full of every creature imaginable!
Apart from a general interest in animals I would say that I have an affinity with most pets, many of my close friends and family friends have trusted me to watch over their beloved pets while away on holidays or work and I have given their pets the center of my attention! Most recently my neighbour who fosters kittens went on a family trip and trusted me with a week of supervising the 8 cats/kittens, their budgie, two rabbits, a guniea pig and even a chinchilla!! - that was the best week of the summer for me.
I have two cats of my own and in my childhood I have cared for rabbits, chickens, and dogs. All animals who I have loved very very dearly.
my neighbour often fosters animals - some who are anxious, sick and distressed so I am well equiped to deal with newly adopted animals also.
I have access to my own car and I am also very accustomed to public transport, I am very outdoorsy and would love to take your pet on walks come rain or shine.
With clear instuctions on what your pet needs I will be happy to administer required medication, happy to offer transport, provide exercise and of course cuddle time -I have administered medication to cats and kittens and also chickens before- I am very familiar with pet care and hygiene and will always go the extra mile to make sure your furry friend is happy, clean, healthy and well loved!
