Unfortunately the experience with Sarah was not as expected. The initial meeting seemed all well, but the actual sitting did not go as expexted. We saw on the camera that the cat asked for attention, and the cat was just waved away, when we came back, we noticed 2 bowls full of old wet food, the room containing the litterbox was dirty rrom all the litter that fell out as the cleaning of the litterbox was not done the way as instructed. Visits lasted a mere 5-10 minutes and seemed more hurried and a job for a quick buck than actual love for the animals.

Response from sitter: “Hi, I believe this review is quite unfair and the accusation that I would wave an animal away is very disheartening. I also think it is unfair to expect me to clean the room containing the litter box and not just the litter box itself. I was not provided with gloves or any cleaning equipment also, making this a surprising thing to read. Lastly, I charge very low prices because I am NOT only trying to make a “quick buck” and because I have a very busy schedule that does not allow for me to spend an hour or two playing with animals. My primary concern are their basic needs like food and water. before this booking started, I was set out tasks and completed them every day to my understanding, therefore I think complaining I didn’t do extra things we didn’t agree on is unfair. I would like to think this has been an issue of miscommunication and misunderstanding of my services.”

Sarah took great care of our 10wk old kitten recently. She is an excellent communicator, replies promptly to messages and arrived as promised for our meet & greet. Our little furball was very content on our return after Sarah’s care. Highly recommended.
