Hi, we’re Ally and Dave!

We’re two working professionals based in Ballybrack, and one of us is always working from home—so your dog will never be left without company.

We share our home with Appa, our sweet, quiet senior Shetland Sheepdog who enjoys naps, gentle strolls, and cuddles.

🐾 Our Services

Dog boarding & daycare – guest dogs are never left alone for more than 3 hours (boarding) or 1 hour (daycare).

Daily walks – at least 1 walk per day, lasting around 30–40 minutes, tailored to your dog’s needs.

Play & enrichment – outdoor time in our fully fenced, secure backyard and plenty of indoor play.

Grooming & training – we don’t provide grooming or formal training, but we’re happy to brush coats, reinforce basic commands, and keep up with your dog’s routines if you would like us to.

Boarding numbers – we host up to two dogs at a time. Our house is big enough for all three dogs (including ours) to have their own sleeping space and with two of us it means we can give them the maximum attention. Always feel free to say if you'd prefer your dog be an 'only guest' with us- we are happy to accomodate that.

🏡 Our Home & Routine

We live in a cozy house with a secure, fully enclosed backyard. Guest pets are welcome in most parts of the home, and depending on your preferences, they can sleep in their own bed/crate or a comfy spot in our living space. Unfortunately we can't accommodate dogs that can't settle at night or need to be in the bedroom.

Because we both have a hybrid work schedule, there’s always someone around to keep your dog company. Caring for dogs fits naturally into our daily life—we already structure our mornings, lunch breaks, and evenings around Appa’s walks, meals, and cuddles.

We’re dedicated to making sure your furry family member feels safe, loved, and part of our home while you’re away.

We can only accept dogs that are neutered and vaccinated

Small furries- Ally volunteers with a rabbit rescue charity. We are happy to mind your smaller pets, where they will always be kept safe and separate to dogs. Get in touch if you'd like to know more
