Hi there! I live in Swords Co. Dublin with my husband and two children (5 & 6 years old). We have a 6 month old Cavapoo puppy named Bobby who we adore.

I have grown up around dogs and in my adult life I have fostered and volunteered for a dog rescue. We subsequently adopted a 7 year old labrador, a failed foster 🙂 We were devastated when we had to put him down after 4 years in our care.

It's taken time to take on another dog for our family. To me a dog is another family member so I understand wanting the very best care for them. I am a home maker so will be at home every day. There are two school runs I will have to do, one in the morning and the other at lunch time. Other than those times I will be with your dog.

I have taught my children to respect a dogs space and to understand their behaviours. Your dog will be kept indoors and will not be locked outside at any point. During your dogs stay they will be treated as part of our family and will be walked and cared for as our own.

We usually take our dog for a long walk in the morning and for a 30 minute walk in the afternoon/evening. I can walk your dog as required. I will provide photos/videos of your dog throughout their stay to give you comfort and reassurance.

Our home has a good size living area. Although our back garden is small and secure we have a large green area to the front of our home and a forest/lake beside our estate. We like to frequently visit Balcarrick beach, Malahide Castle etc for walks so I assure you your dog won't be bored!

Your dog must have their vaccinations up to date and be dog friendly. Our dog sleeps in our kitchen at night, your dog will sleep in the kitchen also if that suits. At this time I would prefer small to medium sized dogs only. I will only take one dog at a time unless there are two dogs from the same family.
