I'm a Nurse currently, but I'm about to start a Veterinary Nurse course this September as I really want to work with animals. Caring for animals has always been my passion; I grew up in the countryside but I've always had dogs. All pets are family, so I know how important it is that you feel they are treated and cared for properly when you're away (I'm the same myself). I aim to provide that service; lots of walks, cuddles and a conversation (animals make the best listeners 🙌🏻). I really want to get more hands on experience before I return to college so I think minding other people's pets is ideal and with Summer and holidays coming up, people feel happier having their pet in their own environment instead of a kennel etc. which is perfect. I have completed a course in Animal Care online and have learnt many basic skills in caring for smaller animals- dogs, cats, birds. etc.

I am offering home visits and overnight stays throughout the Summer months; during this I can walk your dog, offer playtime, feed and give drinks and any household jobs if required. I can provide basic care however cannot provide injections, only oral medication. I am active and walk my own dog daily, so I can walk your dog during the visit (provdie up to x2 visits daily, if required). I am happy to liaise with owner for any other requirements during my visit/home stay and am happy to oblige in any way I can.

I am a fully quailifed driver with a clean licence and I have no problem with travelling to your home. I live in the countryside but will travel a certain distance to assist owners with housesitting/home visits. I don't have my own place, therefore cannot take pets in my own home just yet (plus my rescue dog likes his own space so having another dog around would not be fair on him).
