Hello, my name is Astrid. I'm from Panama, and I'm passionate about pets. I had my first pet when I was 10 years old and spent 13 years there. Unfortunately, he passed away. After that, I decided to collaborate with pet foundations. I volunteered for foster homes while they found families for the pets. After that, I found 5 puppies at work and decided to rescue and take care of them. I found a home for them, and I decided to adopt one. His name is Thor. I'm very excited about this type of work in Ireland. I've been studying English for a year, and I think this job would bring me a lot of joy since I truly miss my Thor. I would take care of each one as if it were my own. 
Responsibilities include feeding, walking, grooming, and ensuring the overall well-being of the animals. If necessary, I have experience administering medication to animals, as I have been a foster home and these animals came from the street and needed special care before being adopted.
