Hi, my name is Marie. I moved to Ireland 2 years ago to start Veterinary school at UCD. I'm currently between my second and third year.

I would love to talk to you about sitting and walking your pet. Unfortunately, I cannot have a pet at my place, and I'm missing having furry friends around. I would love to sit for you to be able to play with some cute animals again😊.

I have been around dogs since I was born. My family had two dogs growing up, and I was raised to take care of them at a young age. I have dog sat for others, including for people with multiple dogs. I am comfortable watching and walking multiple dogs at a time. I have also watched my friends cats, and horses.

I am comfortable with all species and a variety of temperaments and behaviors. Both of my dogs growing up were rescues, so I am very okay with nervous animals. I am more than okay with taking the time for your pet to be comfortable around me. I understand how much your pet means to you so I always want the animal to be happy if I'm watching them.

Unfortunately, my lease prohibits me from having pets at my house, so I would only be able to take care of your pets in your own home. I am available on weekdays and weekends at any time. I am able to do a lunch walk or check-in depending on the day and time.

I will take dogs for a 30 minute to a 1 hour walk depending on owner preference, and dogs ability. I will take the dogs on walks near your home. Depending on the location, I can take them to a park, the beach or just around your neighborhood on sidewalks. While I am with your pet I can administer both oral and injectable medications, and groom your animal. I will follow the training you have for your pet, but I do not train pets. During home visits, I will stay with your pet for 30 minutes to an hour. I can take them outside, feed them, and give them attention. During weekend house sitting, I can stay in the house for the entirety of the time I am watching the house. If I am house sitting during the week, I can stay in the house, but may need to leave 11am-1pm on some days. When I am house sitting, I can water plants, and bring mail and packages inside. I will keep the house locked at all times, whether I am in the house or not.
