I’m Lia, a responsible and attentive pet sitter with experience caring for dogs and cats of all ages, including senior pets with complex and ongoing needs. I work from home in IT, which allows me to be present throughout the day and provide attentive, consistent care rather than brief check-ins.

Much of my experience comes from personally caring for my own pets as they developed health issues in old age. I provided full-time care through their senior years and until their final days, managing medications, special routines, vet visits, and offering the extra patience and comfort elderly pets require. This has given me a deep understanding of both the emotional and practical aspects of pet care.

I’m confident administering medications, following detailed care plans, and supporting pets who need gentle handling and close monitoring. My priority is always to create a calm, safe, and loving environment so pets feel secure and owners have complete peace of mind. Veterinary references can be provided upon request.

For everyone’s safety and comfort, pets staying with me must be vaccinated and house trained. I ask that pets arrive in a clean condition; however, I understand that life can get hectic, and I’m happy to provide a gentle wash and clean for dogs who are comfortable with it.

I take up to two dogs at a time, provided they are comfortable around other dogs. This is always discussed with the owner prior to booking. If a dog prefers not to be around other dogs, I’m happy to reserve the space just for them at no extra cost. I always do my best to accommodate individual needs and personalities to ensure an enjoyable and stress-free experience for everyone.

My beloved pets have crossed the rainbow bridge over the past few years. While I’m not quite ready to welcome a new permanent addition, I truly miss having animals around and would love to share my home, care, and affection with your pets while you’re away. I live in a secure, child-free apartment, offering a calm, safe environment where your pet will be treated as part of the family and enjoy a true home-away-from-home experience.
