Hello, my name is Sandy! 

I absolutely love dogs, my priority is always making sure they're happy and comfy, especially when their owners are away. I recently lost my own furry baby to cancer, which has been really tough, so dog sitting just feels like the perfect thing for me right now as I am not ready to adopt another dog. Instead, I've decided to spend lots of time with different lovely doggos. 

I live with my partner (Mark) in a three-bedroom house with a cute garden. The dogs are actually welcome to explore every corner in the house, there is not really any restrictions. Whether they want to chill on the couch or sniff around, they're free to make themselves at home. Plus, we always disinfect the house after each dog to keep everything clean and safe. 

When it's time to go for walkies, we're really lucky here in Edenmore. There are tons of big parks nearby, such as St. Anne's Park, Edenmore Park and Bull Island is also 5 mins drive away, so there's no shortage of fun places for dogs to explore and enjoy. I am a very active person so I usually take the dogs out 3 times a day to make sure they get plenty of exercise. 

I’m flexible with sleeping arrangements—your dog can choose whether they want their own bed, the couch, or even my bed! :)

Some of the important things:

• I usually host one dog at the time or max 2 from seperate families
• All guest dogs must be fully vaccinated (incl. kennel cough) it is also very important to have up to date flea and worm treatments
• Dogs over 1yr must be house trained (I can understand that puppies might won`t be 100% trained but I can work around that if this is communicated in advance)
• I often look after my sister`s dogs (they are 2 small elderly dogs who literally love all the dogs) - If there is any overlap with your booking I will provide full transparency and communication  

Preferred dog sizes: Small (up to 14kg)

I know it's tough to trust someone with your beloved pet, so I go above and beyond to make sure your dog gets the same love and care they do at home. With me, your furry friend will be in great hands, making the whole experience stress-free for both of you. I also make sure to send lots of daily pictures/videos and updates! :)
