Exercise: exercising dogs through walks, playtime, or other physical activities to keep them healthy and happy.
Feeding and Medication: We'll follow your specific feeding and medication instructions to ensure your pets receive the care they require.
Daily Updates: Stay connected with your pets through daily updates, including photos and notes about their activities, so you can have peace of mind knowing they're in good hands
House Sitting: Along with pet care, our team can provide basic house sitting services, including bringing in mail, watering plants, and rotating lights, giving your home a lived-in appearance.
Medication: Administering any necessary medications or treatments as prescribed by the pet's veterinarian.
Basic grooming: brushing, bathing, or cleaning pets as required to maintain their hygiene.
Litter Box/Cage Maintenance: Cleaning litter boxes for cats or maintaining clean cages for small pets like hamsters or rabbits
Companionship: spending time with the pets, offering companionship, and ensuring they do not feel lonely or anxious.
Basic Training: Reinforcing basic training commands or routines as requested by the pet owner.
Monitoring Health: Keeping an eye out for any signs of illness or discomfort and notifying the pet owner or seeking veterinary care when necessary.
Security: Ensuring the security of the pet owner's home by locking doors, closing windows, and maintaining a safe environment for the pets.
Communication: Keeping the pet owner informed about their pet's well-being through updates, photos, or messages.
Emergency Response: Knowing how to handle emergencies, such as accidents or sudden health issues, and having a plan for contacting veterinarians or other relevant authorities.
Record Keeping: Maintaining detailed records of the pet's care, including feeding schedules, medication dosages, and any unusual behavior or incidents.

I was so happy to have met Madhu, I'm always so anxious leaving my dogs with anyone but the updates and communication was excellent and my dogs were so relaxed when picking them up which really put my mind at ease( 1 of my dogs is quite old and very nervous!!) I will 100% use them again and highly recommend.
Madhu was very accommodating and didn't mind taking my dog at very short notice. I received several updates throughout the day. She got plenty of attention and exercise. They were also very patient with her as she was reluctant to 'do her business' in a new area.
