Hi, we're Ben & Kym! We're a dog-obsessed couple in our mid-30s, both grew up with dogs, and love spending time with furry friends. We both have experience minding dogs - in our home or theirs. We regularly mind dogs and house sit for neighbours in our area. While we do have the ability to mind dogs at our home, we find it's more comfortable for the dog to be in their own space - at least during initial bookings.

Ben works from home, and can travel with his laptop wherever you might be, ready all throughout the day for walks, games, and belly rubs. Kym is a secondary school teacher with plenty of free time over the summer months, mid-terms, and holiday-packed school breaks. Kym's also fluent in Spanish, which is particularly useful when minding dogs that hablan espanol.

After saying goodbye to our senior rott-lab Buster (pictured above), we're not quite ready to be full-time doggy parents again - so we decided to join Pawshake in the meantime. We miss the joy, snugs, and waggy tails about the place! 

We're available for dog-sitting, check-ins, and walks. We can take two bookings at a time, splitting up so that we can give our undivided attention to those dearest and fluffiest to you. We'll send regular pupdates and pictures all throughout the stay so you can relax knowing your dog is relaxed and cosy.
