Hello, my name is Carolina, I am 27 years old and since I was a child I always enjoyed being close to animals, and my dream was to become a veterinarian. I've been in Ireland since August 2018, aiming to learn English and I am currently working in Hospitality and catering, but be surrounded animals it's like therapy for me, it makes me happy.
In Brazil, I took a further education course of veterinary assistant for an year and a half. This included subjects such as animal aesthetics, animal welfare and others related to health. I worked 6 months in a pet grooming saloon and after that, 5 years in a veterinary lab, until coming to Dublin. In my country, I’ve already done voluntary service in animal care NGOs.
I am experienced dealing with different species of animals, I am able to give first aid, apply drugs in case of sick animals if necessary. I can walk and feed the pet, play and keep the environment clean. Prioritise animal safety and comfort all the time. If necessary, I can pick up your pet. I am punctual and organized.
