🐾 About Us – Loving Care from a Pet-Devoted Couple in Malahide 🐾

Hi! We’re Xinlan and Ivan, a warm-hearted couple who absolutely adore dogs. I (Xinlan) care for the pups full-time, while Ivan works remotely upstairs—so your furry friend will never be alone and will always have someone nearby for cuddles, playtime, or just some gentle company.

We both grew up with animals and know how much love, care, and attention pets need to feel safe and happy. I raised my cat Neko from kittenhood, and Ivan grew up with his beloved family dog. Today, we’re lucky to spend lots of time with his mum’s two lovely Hungarian Vizslas and his uncle’s sweet golden retriever, Darcy.

Last summer, we looked after several wonderful dogs, and it filled our hearts with joy. From early morning snuggles to beach strolls, Castle Park adventures, and evenings curled up on the couch, every day was full of fun and affection. We can’t wait to welcome more furry guests into our home again this year!

From small cuties to big cuties, we’ve had the pleasure of minding dogs of all sizes and personalities. We're both affectionate and playful—we love cuddles on the couch, belly rubs, and running around the park. But we also respect your pet's boundaries. If they need time to adjust or a little space to feel safe, we completely understand and never force affection. We want your pet to feel loved and relaxed on their own terms.

🏡 Safe, Calm, and Cozy – Your Pet’s Home Away From Home

We live in beautiful, peaceful Malahide Village, just a short walk from the beach and Castle grounds—perfect for fun, enriching walks. Our home is quiet, cozy, and fully dog-friendly. We’ve made sure everything is safe and secure with dog-proof bins and cupboards, and our space is clean, calm, and full of love.

Because I’m at home all day and Ivan works remotely, your dog will have round-the-clock companionship and care. Whether it’s belly rubs, nap time in a sunspot, or simply relaxing with us in the living room, we treat every dog like a member of our own family.

🌞 A Typical Day With Us

Each day is tailored to your dog’s unique needs and personality. We promise at least 30 minutes of quality walk time, twice a day—but it’s usually much more than that! Your pet will get plenty of exercise, attention, and love with us.

A day might start with a morning beach walk, followed by some relaxed time at home where your dog can snooze, play with toys, or cuddle up with us. We love running around and being playful with energetic pups, but we’re just as happy to provide calm, soothing companionship for dogs who prefer a slower pace.

Evenings often include a big long walk or some gentle play, then lots of cuddles as we wind down for the night. Whatever your pup prefers, we’ll make sure their tail is wagging and their heart is happy.

Please bring your dog’s own food to avoid any tummy upsets, and feel free to include any favourite toys, blankets, or bedding that make them feel more at home.

We warmly welcome you for a meet-and-greet to visit our home, meet us in person, and ask any questions before your booking. We want you to feel confident and relaxed knowing your dog will be in loving, capable hands.

* We only take dogs which are properly house trained and we will contact you to collect your pets if they pee or poo in the house.

* We don't take dogs which are larger than a medium sized Labrador.

* (Dog boarding) Please drop off and collect time your pets between 10 am to 7 pm.

* Please make sure you have dog license and we might ask you for a picture if the dog wardens request.
