About me:

My name is Karina, and I moved in to Dublin for an MBA at UCD this fall. In the meantime, I'm making sure pets have company and are taken care of even when their parents are busy.

This is not a side job for me — it is therapy. I love animals, and I always have. Pets are the most loving beings there is, and I feel accomplished to know that I'm helping make their days funnier and better.

I have my own pet: Laka. He is the best thing that happened to me during the pandemics. Laka looks exactly as this emoji 🐶. Of course I could not come to Ireland without him, so in my profile you can find pictures of us having a lots of fun in many irish places. He is very sweet and gets along well with other pets.

About my services:

I'm available for pet walks, day care and visitation during afternoon/evening on weekdays, as well as weekends and holidays the whole day. I have plenty of practice administrating oral medication and grooming (bath and brush only), since I do these things for Laka for three years. Because of the size of my bathroom, I can only provide these services to small and medium pets (up to 20kg).

I will not accept more than 1 animal per day/per walk, since my first concern is to provide the safety and attention that each pet deserves. In the first day, I'll ask for some information, such as owner's and vet's emergency numbers and dietry/behavioral questions, so I can be sure I'll be able to provide the best service to your buddy.

Also, I will be really happy to send pictures, audios or videos to give an update about your pet.

About my place:

My home is located at Temple Bar, in the heart of Dublin. There is easy access for transportation, parks and vet supplies. It is an apartment of 50 m2, well ventilated and with a lot of sunlight after lunch. You can take a look in some pics I published in my profile.

The other person that shares the apartment with me is my partner. He works in a tech company here in Dublin, and he is also crazy about pets. He is an amazing dog's dad and trained Laka himself. Currently, Laka knows around 20 tricks!

Last, but not least, your pet will be free to walk around in our apartment. They can sleep on the sofa, chair, rug, and even Laka's bed — he really doens't mind sharing. We will also have toys and treats to play with them if you allow.
