I am used to having pets since I was a kid. When someone asks me if I'm a cat or dog person, I just say "yes". I used to cat and dog sit for my friends back when I lived in Brazil, whenever they needed. I applied for this job at pawshake not only for some extra cash, but also to get the chance to be around animals, which is something that I miss a lot since I moved to Ireland in 2022.

I can have small dogs at my house, and take care of cats in their own house. I know that for cats it's too stressful to get out of their environment, so I'm happy enough to go and take care of them in their own space. But, if needed, I can host cats as well. I do not have any pets at the moment, so there are no issues with adaptation.
