"Second booking. Excellent communication and he advised and trained a new Pawshake minder to take over after he finished this booking to go home for Christmas. He also trained my dog to use a new herding ball!

"Carol was amazing!! We will certainly book again!There aren’t enough kind words to describe just how thoughtful she was while looking after our 2 cats. We had a pet emergency just before our holiday but Carol was both flexible and so understanding as our plans moved around. As a result, one of the cats required medication during her visits and she went above and beyond to ensure he received all the proper care.
Her updates, including photos, were frequent and detailed, helping us enjoy our time away even more knowing that the cats were being looked after so well. They were definitely spoiled with lots of cuddles and play! She was so generous with her time and showed true care and compassion. We wouldn’t hesitate to book with Carol again. I know our cats are looking forward to it, too 🐱🐱"

"Nathalia took care of my cat while I was away during the Christmas break. She came every two days and also visited on two additional days that were not part of the original booking, after I asked her to check on my cat. She was fantastic! She stayed at my place with my cat for around an hour or more each visit, taking great care of him - giving him treats, playing with him, and spending time petting him.
She also kept in touch by sending me messages and videos via WhatsApp, so I could see how my cat was doing and so she could ask me any questions if needed. I couldn’t have asked for better care. I highly recommend Nathalia to anyone looking for someone to take care of their purr baby.
I will definitely ask Nathalia to take care of Kimbo again in the future."

"We had the pleasure of having Veronica mind our dog Billy for a few hours while we went out for dinner, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment she arrived, Veronica was friendly, punctual, and incredibly easy to communicate with. She instantly connected with Billy, who took to her straight away, it was clear she has a natural rapport with animals.
Veronica’s calm and kind demeanor put us at ease, and her updates throughout the evening were thoughtful and reassuring. It’s not always easy to leave your pet with someone new, but Veronica made it feel effortless. We came home to a happy, relaxed dog!
