I want to become a pet sitter because I am an international Master's student at UCD who misses her pets from home!! I have 1 cat and 1 dog at home who I've taken care of their whole lives, from walking, feeding, poop scoping, ano to cuddling everyday. I have been pet sitting for over 10 years, first for my neighbors growing up, then for friends in college. I take 5 km walks every other day and would love to have dogs join me. I really love cats & can't wait until I can get my own (or maybe 3)! I helped Clondalkin Animal Aid trap kittens last fall, dedicating my time to animals. I am happy to dog walk, pet sit, check in daily, and house sit. I love all dogs, any breed and size, but I prefer they are trained and fixed. This prevents dog fights and any dangerous situations when I'm taking care of them! I make it a point to send pictures and videos when I pet sit, to help owners feel at ease & see their little family member during the day! I would love to get into a routine with a dog, walking them a certain day each week, to bond and have fun!! I live near the War Memorial Gardens and Phoenix Park, and can also pet sit anywhere between UCD Campus, the Liberties, and Ranelagh. My services include dog walking, 1-2 daily visits, and house sitting! For dog walking, I aim for an hour walk (5 km), unless the dog is older or unable to. I can also run with them depending on their energy needs! For daily visits, I appreciate a list of food/walk/toilet preferences so I can follow it perfectly! I would prefer house visits along a bus or luas route. For house sitting, I am very comfortable staying with your pet so they feel at home. I also appreciate a list with mail, plant, and trash responsibilities so that I accomplish everything. I am able to house sit more efficiently from Thursday-Sunday, due to my UCD lectures.
