Hi,
My name is Raquel. Since I’m a kid I’ve grown up surrounded by animals. Either dogs, cats or horses.
For me, there are like family and happiness.
I'm looking forward take care of your pet as it were you. I’m willing to meet before your pet and see if that suits :)
I have experience in pet sitting and walking dogs. I have been taking care of dogs for the last two years in my free time to pay for my studies.
Now, as I don’t have the opportunity yet to have my own dog, I like to foster other animals and work as a pet sitter in order to fulfill my love for them.
I have been a volunteer in an animal shelter in my city where I spent 15h per week. We made sure the animals were ready for adoptions and that we found the more suitable and forever home for them.
I consider myself as responsible and flexible.i do not have my own car yet, which I am expecting to bring the next few months, so I just will be able to pick up your pet if it’s close to Dublin 08. When I bring my car I’ll be more than happy to pick up your dog.
The pet walks would consist in a long walk (at least 1.5) in the morning or in the afternoon, and two other smaller walks. Three walks in total, around the canal or a big park close to my home.
I use to spend time with the pets as they go with me all the time. So, when I’ll be with your pets whey will remain with me 90% of the time. I work during days, so I would walk the dog before going to work, and the dog will remain in my house with my sister if I’m not at home.
If I have to work for a long shift or I won’t be at home for a lot of hours I’ll but on my schedule as NOT available, so no worries because I’ll take care of your pet if I’m available.
In my house, the dog is allowed to be everywhere and would sleep in a nice and warm room. I live with my best friend and she loves also pets, so we will have to share our love :)
I’ve two backyards, one fully fenced and the other one half fenced. The pet would be also welcome to use them if needs.

Raquel is an amazing sitter! She is thoughtful and careful to keep our furry friend on his routine. She gave him plenty of attention and sent us pics during his stay. I know my dog is in wonderful hands with Raquel and we have already planned his next two stays with her :) We feel much more comfortable when we have to leave town now that we found a great sitter!
