Hi, I'm Niamh and I'm a recent graduate from NCAD. I grew up in Wicklow and have always pets growing up. I am an animal lover but currently have no pets of my own as my living situation is not suitable. I terribly miss having a furry companion in the house and so want to get back into dog walking and pet sitting.
Dog walking is my way to get some of the canine company that I miss and I would be more than delighted to walk your furry friend. I am available in the Cabinteely/South Dublin area to walk dogs from 3pm onwards, usually going for routes around Cabinteely Park and Killiney. If you have specific routes you would like me to take with your dog, I can do this too!
I can be available morning, afternoon and evening by special arrangement, and am available every day after 3pm at a shorter notice.
The services that I offer include:
House sitting: I'll feed, walk and play with your pet while you're away, taking photos all the while to keep you in the loop.
House visits:
I'll stay for 30 mins to feed and play with pets, change cat litter and change water. I can stay longer upon request.
Dog walking: I'll walk with your pet any length up to 3 hours depending on how long your pet normally needs. I have experience with older dogs and hyperactive puppies, so any pace is fine as they will be walking without the pressure of other clients.
I am punctual, open to last minute bookings and will take care of your pet like it’s my own. And I'll keep you in the loop with pictures of your happy pet along the way!

Niamh house sat for us and took excellent care of our little dog Max while we were travelling. She sent us pictures and videos to put us at ease and kept us up to date with daily walks and how Max was doing. Our dog has severe separation anxiety and cannot be left alone, despite this being a challenge, Niamh was more than happy to accommodate Max's needs and kept him company for the duration of our trip. When we arrived home our dog was absolutely content and really well-taken care of. We are really thrilled with Niamh's service and we highly recommend her, we will definitely be inviting her back to our home in the future.
